THE VISION

At Mornay’s Academy, our mission is to make a positive impact on your life through the power of drumming. Our students embark on a journey to unlock their creativity on the drum set, learning to craft music from the simplest of beginnings. We teach them the musical “words” and guide them in constructing musical “sentences,” enabling them to communicate effectively with other instruments, whether in a school or church band or when jamming to their favorite songs.

With years of experience as a full-time drum teacher, Mornay has discovered that drumming lessons are not just about musical education; they are therapeutic for students of all ages.

MORNAY WANDRAG

Born and raised in Worcester, Mornay Wandrag’s’s early connection to drums became a defining aspect of his life. Beginning with six months of formal lessons, he entered the church band at the young age of 12, marking the start of his musical journey.

In 2015, Mornay made the bold move into full-time drum teaching, fueling the flames of his passion for drums and drumming. He distinguished himself by meticulously selecting his drums and cymbals to achieve a unique tone and style. What truly sets him apart is his decision to document his drumming progress and share it with friends and family on social media.

In 2017, Mornay posted his first drum cover on YouTube, sparking an enduring love for the creative process of crafting and sharing music with a wider audience.
