WHAT TO EXPECT
CLASS INFO & SCHEDULE
Our Academy warmly welcomes students aged 7 and older, offering flexible class options of either 30 minutes or 45 minutes, held once a week. The registration fee covers the cost of the manual, and students can expect weekly homework assignments to enhance their learning. To ensure students get the most out of their lessons, we’ll provide a list of necessary materials during their first class, so they can come well-prepared for their musical journey.
ZOOM LESSONS
We’re pleased to offer Zoom lessons to students aged 10 and above. To participate, both the student and parent should be familiar with operating zoom.us. Each lesson will be 30 minutes in duration, with a brief 2-minute pre-session period for audio and video quality checks just before your scheduled time. Please have a pen and music book readily available to jot down notes during each engaging lesson.
CLASS TIMES
Punctuality is crucial for our lessons. If a student is late, the lesson will still conclude at the scheduled class end time. In case a student cannot attend their scheduled class, it is essential to contact their instructor at least 24 hours in advance to arrange for a rescheduled session, ensuring smooth scheduling adjustments.
FEES & CANCELLATION
- One-time Registration Fee: R100
- Worcester:30-Minute Weekly Lesson: R700 per month
- 45-Minute Weekly Lesson: R800 per month.
Please note that the monthly fees must be paid in advance by the 25st of each month. Please provide one month’s advance notice if you wish to cancel your classes with Mornay Drumming Academy.
